Britney & Kevin Get Cosy At Dad’s Poker Party Launch
Saturday, January 7th, 2006Britney Spears and Kevin Federline showed a united front as they helped the pop star’s dad launch his new computer programme venture that helps wannabe poker promoters run their own card tournament at home.
The couple weren’t talking to the press at the low-key event, held at Las Vegas, Nevada’s Palms Hotel + Casino on Thursday (05JAN06), but they were obviously still very much an item, despite recent reports they’re on the verge of splitting up.
The couple arrived at the party hand in hand and Britney spent much of the evening right next to her husband.
Spears’ mum Lynn laughed off split reports and claims that Federline is spending his wife’s money on his partying lifestyle, insisting instead, “He’s very special, I’m very close to Kevin.”
Jamie Spears’ Palms Home Poker Host is a joint venture between Britney’s dad and Palms owners the Maloof brothers.
