Britney Spears Approached by Weight Loss Companies as Spokesgal?
Monday, February 6th, 2006Britney Spears has reportedly been approached by several weight loss companies to undergo their plans and become a spokesgal for the firms, according to one published report.
But the gal that once bared those tight abs at every turn says she’s sick of dieting, according to a source.
The American tabloid Celebrity Living cites a ’source’ and reports that Britney has turned down millions of dollars from the weight-loss companies.
The reason, she’s comfortable with the new weight.
But the report also details what many other reports have dished, that hubby Kevin Federline is K-Fed up with the baby weight. He reportedly is calling her some pretty cruel nicknames (behind her back the report reads) such as ‘fat-ass and ‘big-mama.’
That may be too much for Brit as it is reportedly causing stress and -egads - causing her to eat more.
The solution, according to the story, from some of her friends: dump K-Fed and pick up a diet doctor.

Britney Spears’ upcoming cameo appearance in gay sitcom ‘Will & Grace’ has been slammed by conservative Christians for mocking Christ’s crucifixion, Brand Republic (UK) reports.
Britney Spears is planning to star as a Christian conservative hired as a talkshow sidekick to Jack on his Out TV network. Britney Spears will be seen fronting an Easter cooking segment called Cruci-fixins.
Right-wing religious pressure group, the American Family Association, criticised NBC for “mocking the crucifixion of Christ” and slammed the network for planning to airing the show a day before Good Friday saying it will “further denigrate Christianity.”
“NBC does not treat Jews, Muslims or other religions with such disrespect. Yet the network demonstrates a deep hostility toward followers of Christ,” the group said on its website.
The episode with Britney Spears is due to air in the US on April 13 on NBC.
The news comes a week after NBC’s controversial miniseries “The Book of Daniel”, starring Aidan Quinn, was axed.

It’s also no secret that the two have vowed to “work it out.” However, we cannot help drawing a parallel between Brit and Federjerk’s probs with Nick and Jessica’s issues.Apparently we are not the only ones as Perez details: “..though they’ve been trying to “work it out”, even taking a trip to Vegas last weekend as a last ditch effort to try and save their relationship, much like Nick & Jessica’s European “vacation”, which came just weeks before they announced they were getting divorced.”

Porn Star to Britney Spears: Kevin Federline a Perfect Gentleman
Saturday, February 4th, 2006Britney Spears was likely caught a bit off guard when the bombshell accusations that hubby Kevin Federline had spent time with porn star Kendra Jade on an alleged wild Las Vegas trip hit the tabloids.
Now the adult film actress now wants to clear the air and explained that Kevin is a perfect gentleman.
That might be a tough sell but Daily Dish notes that the porn star admits she met Federline during a recent trip to Las Vegas — but maintains nothing happened.
Contradicting reports in the tabloids, Jade went on the TV show “Access Hollywood” to help Federline clear his name.
She said, “It’s really important for her (Spears) to know that there was no act of inappropriateness there. There was no romantic thing happening there. I did not kiss him.”
A report says Federline is relieved since the XXX beauty appeared on television to correct reports he once bedded the dancer.Â
For the record, the first Star report never alleged sex.

Britney Pregnant Again?
Thursday, February 2nd, 2006Britney Spears is reportedly expecting a second child.
The ‘Toxic’ singer gave birth to her first child, Sean Preston, four months ago.
America’s In Touch magazine quoted a friend of the singer as saying: “Britney is definitely pregnant again.
“She is acting the same way she did when she was expecting her first child.”
The magazine also claimed she had been seen patting her stomach and telling onlookers in Malibu: “That’s right. Baby number two.”
One shopper said: “I’ve heard from other people in the neighbourhood that she is pregnant, and she looks it.”
Meanwhile, Britney’s mum, Lynne, has revealed she is happy and loving motherhood.
She was quoted in Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: “She’s really picky.
“She doesn’t let just anybody hold him, but she lets me. But she’s very happy.”
Lynne, 47, also insisted Britney’s husband Kevin Federline is a hands-on dad and helps out with his 16-week-old son - despite rumours he was constantly partying following the birth.
Last month, dancer-turned-singer Federline laughed off rumours his marriage to Britney is on the rocks.
The pair have been plagued by speculation they will split following reports of a string of furious bust-ups.
Justin Timberlake to Britney Spears: Leave Kevin if Unhappy

Former flame Justin Timberlake has reportedly told new mom Britney Spears to leave hubby Kevin Federline if she is unhappy, according to a published report.Â
The American tabloid ‘The Star’ cites a source close to both singers in a report.
An item on the web site notes:
When Justin Timberlake, 25, heard that his first love, Britney Spears, 24, was desperately unhappy, he telephoned her in mid-January to get the truth straight from Britney herself. “Justin asked point-blank, ‘Are you happy?’” a source close to both singers tells Star. “Britney paused for a few seconds, sighed and said, ‘Sometimes…. You know how it is.’”
“Actually, no, I don’t know!” responded Justin.
Alarmed by reports that stress over her 27-year-old husband Kevin Federline’s reported cheating has begun to make her physically sick and that Britney has been stuffing herself with junk food — her weight has skyrocketed to 140 pounds in recent weeks — “Justin told her that her marriage should be nourishing her, not sucking the life out of her.”
Finally, the source says, “Justin told Brit that if she’s not happy in her marriage, she needs to get out — for herself and for the baby!”
Hindu priest didn’t recognise Spears
Wednesday, February 1st, 2006The priest at a Hindu temple visited by pop singer Britney Spears admits he didn’t recognise her when she first arrived with her four-month-old son Sean Preston to seek spiritual guidance.
According to contactmusic.com, Spears visited a Hindu temple in Malibu, California. She was born a Baptist but has tried out Kabbalah and has now turned to eastern religions, according to the temple minister Samundrala Krishna Ma Charyulu.
Charyulu said Spears was seeking “spiritual guidance†and added: “She and her baby joined us in prayer inside our Ganesh Temple. I wrapped some Hindu cloth around them both and gave them some flowers to wear as part of the ceremony.â€
He hopes she will return to the temple. He said: “The whole time she was very humble and respectful.â€
