TMZ has learned Britney Spears will be leaving rehab this week, and she has made one of the most amazing turnarounds in celebrity memory.

Sources say Britney and soon-to-be ex Kevin Federline had an “amazing meeting” on Sunday. They are not only getting along, they are hammering out the terms of custody. We’re told when Britney gets out, she and Kevin have agreed to a 50/50 split with physical custody of their two children. The plan is for Britney to eventually gain primary custody and Kevin will have visitation.

Jamie Lynn, Britney’s sister, and Brit’s mom, Lynne, have been at Kevin’s house helping with the kids while Britney has been getting her own help in rehab. And that help is working. We’re told she has literally turned her life around. Stay tuned.

Britney Spears was caught romping in the bushes of her rehab centre with a mystery man. The troubled singer played a game of tennis with the unnamed man, who is also receiving treatment at Malibu’s Promises clinic, before they disappeared together. The pair were later found frolicking in the foliage of the grounds and had to be separated by security staff.

A source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “Britney and her new male friend decided to play a game of tennis. Britney is allowed a little more freedom now she’s been in the centre a while. The next thing they had sneaked off into the bushes and were getting pretty passionate. They weren’t actually having sex but there was definitely some groping. We had to step in to separate them. They were told off. They’re in rehab and relationships between vulnerable people aren’t really encouraged.”

This is the second time Britney, 25, has been romantically linked with someone she has met at rehab. Last week, it was reported that Britney was growing “very close” with rock guitarist Jason Filyaw, who she met at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. The 33-year-old rocker claimed he and the shaven-haired singer had “found love” since meeting again in rehab. The pair had met once before in 2003 when they recorded some music together. Britney checked into the centre last month and is believed to be being treated for alcoholism.

Kevin Federline has no plans to rebuild his marriage to Britney Spears.

The 29-year-old is lending the troubled star his support while she in undergoing treatment at Malibu’s Promises centre but despite family hopes they will get back together, Kevin is not interested.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: “I talked to Kevin about Britney and he said he’s not getting back together with Britney. At least not right now. He just wants to be a friend for her. She has told him she would get back with him, but he’s trying to just do the right thing for everyone right now, but he doesn’t want to go back there again.”

Another source claims the couple were close to working out a divorce settlement earlier this year, until Britney’s wild partying caused Kevin and his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, to intervene.

Britney has reportedly fallen for Riva lead guitarist Jason Filyaw after meeting him at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

Meanwhile, letters of support from Britney’s fans are being posted on her Britney Spears.

Britney Spears’ erratic behavior over the last few months, including her recent hair-shaving incident, could indicate that she’s suffering from sugar addiction, hypoglycemia or sugar shock, says sugar addiction expert Connie Bennett.

“Britney Spears may be one of millions who are needlessly enduring depression, anger outbursts, mental confusion, fatigue and more because they’re unknowingly a victim of sugar addiction, hypoglycemia or sugar shock,” says Bennett, author of SUGAR SHOCK!: How Sweets and Simple Carbs Can Derail Your Life—And How You Can Get Back on Track (Berkley Books, 2007), with Stephen Sinatra, M.D.

“The pop star is obviously suffering from sugar addiction and possibly hypoglycemia if there’s truth to the recent Star magazine story about Britney Spears’ alleged `raging sweet tooth’ while in rehab,” Bennett continues, noting that “the singer is reportedly gulping one Coke after another, often sucking lollipops or other hard candies, and eating donuts, cake or cookies.”

The recent breakdown of Britney Spears has rippled through the industry to reach the patience of singer-songwriter, Ne-Yo.

According to a published report, he had written four songs for the pop star to use on her upcoming album, but things skidded to a sudden halt after Spears had her public meltdown and had to go into rehab.

Now stuck with four hot songs without a home, Ne-Yo says he may just give them to Nicole Sherzinger, the lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls.

Explaining his Britney frustrations, Ne-Yo said: “We set up no less than four sessions for Britney to just come and listen to the songs I wrote for her. She never showed up, says Contact Music.

“I think they want me to hold these songs that I’ve written until she finishes going through her thing. But a couple might be perfect for The Pussycat Dolls’ Nicole Scherzinger.”

Troubled pop singer Britney Spears‘ aunt Chandra McGovern says it is better for her to come back home than be in a rehabilitation centre.

Newsweek.com quoted her as saying: ‘Britney has to sort her priorities out and quickly, before it is too late, otherwise she may end up dead. It is heartbreaking to go from knowing Britney as she was as a child to seeing how she is now, with everything falling apart.

‘It is sad. It has all gone horribly wrong for Britney and I am truly terrified about what might happen to her.’

She added: ‘It would give her the chance to breathe some fresh air and take her time to discover herself again, she has been on an emotional roller-coaster for the past few years and it has obviously crashed off the rails.’

Britney Spears is begging Justin Timberlake to visit her in rehab, it has been claimed.

The singer – who is allegedly being treated for depression and alcoholism at Malibu’s Promises centre - has been asking her ex-lover to support her at her Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

Cell phones are banned in the rehab centre, but Britney has reportedly smuggled one in and has been making secret phone calls to Justin.

A source told America’s Star magazine: “She was hiding in a closet and talking to a guy named Justin, probably Justin Timberlake. She was talking to him about coming to support her at a group Alcoholics Anonymous meeting on Wednesday march 7 in Santa Monica.

“She kept saying ‘Come on Justin, please, please, please come!’ She was begging him!”

Justin reportedly offered to visit the troubled singer in rehab last month, but Britney’s mother Lynne begged him to keep away, insisting it would be too much of a distraction.
Justin is also said to have written a letter of support to Britney.

British singer Jamelia has pledged her support for troubled fellow pop star mum Britney Spears.

The Thank You hitmaker appeared at a gig at the weekend wearing a T-shirt bearing the slogan: “Tears for Spears” - and offered heartfelt words of support after her performance.

She said: “As a mum I know all about the pressures of juggling a music career with raising your kids.

“Britney’s obviously having a tough time and I hope she pulls it all together.

“I’m sure she can come back stronger than ever.”

Kevin Federline and Britney Spears may be spending quality time, but it’s doubtful the two are getting back together any time soon. For one, Brit’s apparently met a rebound romance in rehab, and a Federline pal tells Usmagazine.com that K-Fed is not interested in rekindling that burned out flame.

“I talked to Kevin about Britney and he said he’s not getting back together with Britney. At least not right now. He just wants to be a friend for her,” the source told Usmagazine.com. “She has told him she would get back with him, but he’s trying to just do the right thing for everyone right now, but he doesn’t want to go back there again.”

A source close to Kevin, 29, says the two were close to working out a divorce settlement earlier this year, until Brit’s antics caused Kevin and his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, to intercede.

While she dries up in rehab, Spears, 25, is apparently getting “very close” to fellow AA denizen and RIVA lead guitarist Jason Filyaw.

Filyaw, 33, talked to TMZ, and while he wouldn’t admit the two were dating, he allegedly said he loves her.

It’s even been reported that the two already use cutesy little nicknames for each other. He calls the mother of two “Sugar,” “Kitten” and “My Lady,” and responds to his coos of “Mr. Secret Underground Guy” and “J-Sun.”

We’re going to need to surrender to a higher power just to keep from retching.
