Britney headed out last night for some dinner at Dominic’s, with her 2 cousins, Allie and Jessica. After dinner the 3 ladies headed to Les Deux, where they partied all night long with Ryan Phillippe, apparently. According to the paparazzi, Britney was looking really happy!
