A jury was split 10-2 on Monday on whether Britney was guilty of driving without a license.

The judge sent the panel back for more deliberations. After another two hours, and still no verdict, the judge dismissed them for the night. Deliberations are to resume Tuesday.

It wasn’t known whether they were leaning toward guilt or innocence. A unanimous guilty vote was needed for conviction.

The jury members in Britney’s ongoing driving license trial have been told to keep deliberating after telling a Van Nuys, California court judge they’re deadlocked over whether Britney should be handed a criminal record.

The jury went home without reaching a unanimous verdict on Friday, and it appears the weekend hasn’t helped. After continuing their deliberations on Monday morning (20Oct08) the jury members asked for clarification on the charges against Spears and the foreman revealed they were deadlocked.

On Friday night Britney had a dance rehearsal for her new music video and we can see in these pictures that a whip is involved! Britney, her choreographer Andre and the rest of the dance crew seemed to enjoy themselves as they practiced some new moves. Britney looks great!

Britney Spears has hired Wade Robson again to help choreograph her return to the world spotlight.

Wade, 26, has confirmed to Confidential that he will write the moves for Spears’ upcoming world tour.
