Welsh singer and TV presenter Charlotte Church has jumped to the defense of Britney Spears and her partying lifestyle. Church, who is pregnant with partner and rugby star Gavin Henson’s baby, says that women should not have to give up alcohol after their children are born. Speaking to entertainment website Digital Spy, Church said: “If you’re a woman, you’re supposed to stay sober until your kids grow up. That’s not fair. Just because Britney has the odd night on the lash doesn’t make her a bad mum. “She’s still allowed to have a good time every now and again. It would be different if it was every night.” She added.
