Britney Spears’ estranged husband Kevin Federline is trying to seize custody of their kids after her series of wild nights out.
He held a three-hour meeting with his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan at a restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.
Rapper Federline, 28, is trying to get immediate access to tots Sean Preston, one, and Jayden James, two months.
And sources say he is “even more determined” to win full custody after pop star Britney, 25, went on boozy benders with Paris Hilton — flashing her private parts in skimpy outfits.
A spokesman for Mr Kaplan said: “While Britney has been out with Paris, Kevin has been thinking about the best interests of his children.”
