Candids from late last month have been added to the gallery. They include Britney at the dance studio, picking up her kids and taking them to the pumpkin patch.

Britney has been rehearsing at the dance studio every day for her performance on The X Factor next month and it is according to her choreographer going to be “raunchy.”

Brian Friedman, who works as a choreographer on The X-Factor and has worked with Britney in the past, told The Mirror: “Britney is at the best she has ever been.

“She will perform Womanizer on the show and it will be the raunchiest performance X Factor has seen. She’s back on top of her game.”

Britney Spears’s victory in her misdemeanor driving-without-a-license trial this week “closes a chapter on her past troubles,” her lawyer Michael Flanagan tells People Magazine.

“It marks a turnaround for her. This case was a thorn in her side for more than a year, a reminder of the bad old days,” he said. “She’s thrilled the court system, for once, worked in her favor.”

October 21, 2008: Britney arrives at the dance studio. She is apparently rehearsing for her upcoming appearance on the UK’s The X-Factor. Britney is scheduled to appear on the talent show in November.

After the surprising news today that Britney Spears‘ trial on misdemeanor traffic charges had ended in a mistrial because the jury could not come to a unanimous decision, OK! spoke to the pop superstar’s lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan, to find out why his client never took the stand in her own defense.

Flanagan told OK! that he had gone to Britney’s house on Oct. 13, only days before the trial began, to discuss the case with her and attempt to convince the singer to testify in court. However, he revealed, “She is not very strong. She is still very fragile. I had to explain things to her.”
