Publicists for the couple refused to comment about the incident, which reportedly took place while the couple were in Las Vegas, Nevada, according to Contact Music.

The high priced Italian sports car was allegedly sent back to the dealership where Federline had purchased it.

New mom Britney wasn’t spotted out and about in Sin City but her husband was seen partying with friends on Friday and Saturday night.

The pop-tart allegedly met with her legal team after becoming fed-up with her husband. The couple has separated, at least for the moment, and K-Fed has moved into the Beverly Hills Hotel, according to published reports.

The pop tart reportedly went crazy when Kevin brought marijuana in the house with baby Sean Preston.

“Britney turned around and fired two of her longtime security guards for letting what she called ‘the weedman’ into the house,” a source tells Star magazine. “She just seemed crazy with anger.”

Reports surfaced last week that Spears had kicked Federline out of the couple’s Malibu, California, home after tiring of his partying ways, leaving the dancer to check into the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The couple’s publicists are refusing to comment on the domestic spat, but US TV show Entertainment Tonight insists the story is true.

Friends of the couple tell the show that reports have been blown out of proportion and the couple is expected to sort out their differences.

The pop princess, and husband Kevin Federline, have transformed his bedroom into the nativity setting in celebration of his first festive holiday. The beautiful singer has splashed out on the lavish decorations - which include six waxwork models and several life-size toy donkeys and cattle.

The 23-year-old singer is so excited about her first Christmas as a mum she has even bought a cherrywood style manger for her baby.

Though most have no business telling Brit what to do with her marriage, one person probably can give the new mom to Sean Preston some very good advice.

Lynne moved in with the couple shortly after the pair brought their newborn baby home, and a friend of Britney now dishes to the Star Magazine that Mom “seems to think that Kevin is a huge freeloader.”

The insider says Lynne is genuinely concerned that if Kevin continues to spend Brit’s cash at the current pace - he’ll deplete her assets.

Brit’s mom is very worried that Kevin could leave Brit in financial ruin, the Star item states. Even with Brit’s massive $120 million, Mom sounds worried if this ‘friend’ is correct.

The friend adds:

Britney Spears’ former boyfriend Justin Timberlake has reportedly slammed the pop tart with some blunt advice about her marriage to Kevin Federline. The simple statement according to a tabloid report - dump him.

Justin called Britney in early November and told her he’d seen Kevin out in LA and in Las Vegas with several girls, reports ‘Life & Style.’
