She needed to get away.” Kevin apparently needed her to get away, too. No sooner had Britney flown the coop than Kevin decamped to L.A. hot spots like Mood, Element and Cabana Club. Britney likely had hoped that absence would make the heart grow fonder–not just make the boy wander.

But when she got home nine days later, he was getting ready for a road trip to Las Vegas with his boys!

We’re not sure who tells the Enquirer such things, but according to that citadel of journalism, Kevin didn’t try to stop Britney when she left, didn’t call begging her to come home (as she’d hoped) and refused to pick up wifey at the airport when she wanted to return. And there are plenty of hurt feelings to go around, according to Star, who’s snooper-duper “sources” say that Kevin was miffed recently when he came home and found Britney listening to Justin Timberlake tunes and “poring over photo albums from their days together.” And in other negative nostalgia news, Kevin’s ex Shar Jackson says, “If Britney thinks a leopard can change his spots, she’s wrong. Kevin always does what Kevin wants to do. He did it to me, and now he’s doing it to her.” And, if you’ve heard his music on the Internet, you’ll realize he seems to be doing it to all of us, too.

Sources say Britney Spears has kicked her husband out.
Former dancer Kevin Federline is reportedly staying at a friend’s house until he can sort things out with Britney. The two had a row at their Malibu home that ended with Spears demanding a trial separation.

A close friend of the singer declared: “Brit’s had all she can stand of the problems with Kevin. She explained to him that the split would be temporary, that it would give them some breathing room to sort out their problems. Britney’s giving it her all to make things work”.

Sources have told In Touch magazine that the two are “fighting worse than ever”, that “she has started lashing out at him” and “Kevin keeps threatening to leave her. He screams and yells and Britney keeps breaking down and begging him to stop, telling him, ‘We can work it out’.”

But, on the other hand, just last week, she mocked Kevin when he played her the music he had done, saying that it “might sell a hundred, maybe a thousand copies if he was lucky”.

Britney’s spokeswoman, Lesley Sloane Zelnick, says that the marriage is ‘fine’, although close friends fear it is ‘on the rocks’.

Britney Spears’ love rival Shar Jackson insists that she barely speaks to the pop beauty, despite their public show of unity.

Jackson was devastated when her then-boyfriend Kevin Federline left her while she was pregnant with their second child Kaleb and embarked on a romance with Spears in April 2004, which led to marriage.

And while Spears, Federline and Jackson were recently photographed together at a party, the former ‘Moesha’ star insists her communication with pop beauty Spears is minimal.

She says, “Kevin and Britney have their own lives. I have my life with my kids, and Kevin is a part of that. Thus, Britney is also a part of that.

“But rarely do we get together. Rarely. I asked if the baby was doing well and he said, ‘Yeah.’ We left it at that.”

And, as for reports Spears and Federline’s marriage is already in trouble over the dancer’s penchant for clubbing while his wife of a year tends for their new baby Sean Preston, Jackson says, “C’mon, kiddo, did you think things were going to be different? Kevin was there for (daughter) Kori every single day of her life until I told him to go out and get a job.”

Shar Jackson opens up about her breakup with ex-boyfriend Kevin Federline (now Mr. Britney Spears) in the December issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine. While stressing that all she wants from Federline is for him to spend more time with their two children, she also makes it clear that her relationship with him was far from over when he took up with the pop star. The night Federline met Spears, Jackson told the mag, he was staying at a friend’s house so that he could go to an audition in Los Angeles.

Jackson says he then told her that he had callbacks that week and would be staying up there a little longer. She didn’t question his story, she says, because ‘I ain’t like one of them females that are like, ‘Where you at? Why you …?’ Maybe I should convert.’ Jackson only started worrying when she couldn’t reach him that weekend, ‘because here I am, six and a half months pregnant, and I ain’t heard from my man.’
When he finally called back, she says, he admitted hanging out with Spears, but told her it didn’t mean anything. Later on, he told her he was booked for a commercial and had to fly overseas for it, so she helped him prepare, ‘getting him his passport and all that stuff.’ She even spent ‘the whole hour’ before he boarded the plane comforting him, because ‘he doesn’t like to fly.’ ‘And in all actuality, he was going to see her,’ Jackson said. The rest, as they say, is history.

Geez Kevin was really an a-hole to Shar! Pretty risky of Britney to get with a man who’s done such a thing. I don’t blame Shar for talking about it, she must have been so hurt and angry. Just let it out, Shar!
