Troubled pop star Britney Spears reportedly cut all ties with socialite Paris Hilton after she realized their hard partying was doing no good for her image.

The Toxic singer became a regular on the Hollywood club scene last November (06) shortly after filing for divorce from estranged husband Kevin Federline. She was seen hitting the town with the hotel heiress and actress Lindsay Lohan.

But according to a former PR rep friend of Hilton’s socialite pal Kim Kardashian, Spears allegedly ended the friendship as soon as she saw her reputation plummet.

And Jonathan Jaxson also claims Spears tried to contact Kardashian when she was in New York, but her invite to go out together was turned down amid fears Hilton would get upset at her exclusion.

He says, “Britney had her people contact Paris and say they couldn’t hang out any more.

“Britney was in NYC and kept texting Kim to hang out and go bowling or something.”
